Her background is in marketing, which led her naturally into the roofing and solar space and from there to TC, where her work has a real and direct impact on her hometown. The moment that crystallized her commitment to the trade was deeply personal: she helped her own mom replace her roof, and going through that experience firsthand showed her the true value of a roof — not just structurally, but as security, peace of mind, and a layer of dignity for a family.
Johana's professional superpower is anticipating needs and thinking beyond the obvious — naturally considering different perspectives and mindsets before reacting, which lets her show up to any situation with understanding, professionalism, and a neutral, solutions-focused outlook. Her mentor's advice: always be willing to help others, even when it falls outside your scope, because unfamiliar situations almost always add another tool to your tool belt. The achievement she is most proud of is being recognized internally as a TC Roofing & Restorations "Culture Champ" — proof that the team's culture, which she works actively to maintain, shows up in her work every day. Her specialties are planning, organization, preparation, and continuous development. With clients, she leads with empathy and patience, simplifying what can otherwise feel like an overwhelming process.
At home, Johana is supported by her partner Max — her best friend, cheerleader, and confidant — who genuinely backs her devotion to TC. Outside of work, she runs, sews, cleans, and cooks for friends, and within five years, she plans to complete her first marathon. Bucket-list trips: Japan, Australia, and Mexico City.
