Caleb Molina was born and raised in Houston, Texas — a city he loves for its constant motion, which he'll tell you still reflects in the way he works. He earned his Bachelor's in Business Administration from Texas Wesleyan University after transferring from Wayland Baptist University in West Texas, playing football at both schools and closing out his college career with a conference championship at Texas Wesleyan in the 2024-2025 season. A defensive captain in high school, he built a leadership mindset moving through multiple teams and learned to adapt on his feet. Caleb came to TC Roofing & Restorations by way of a landscaping background, where he learned that the little details matter and that understanding the work is what lets you translate it to the field.
As Project Manager, Caleb's superpower is adaptability — the ability to pivot in a hard situation without losing himself or the goal — and his specialty is people: an easy read of a room and a real talent for talking to anyone about anything. His first football coach, Coach Mike, once told him after a low moment, "the only person who can change what happens from here on out is you." Caleb has carried it ever since, and treats every day as you versus you. One story that captures how he works: on a time-crunch landscaping project, he and his crew re-potted every plant on a private estate before the family got home from vacation — finished on time, greeted with compliments that made the long hours worth it. His promise to clients is straightforward: the money follows helping other people first.
Home for Caleb is his two Rottweilers. Off the clock, he is almost always in motion — at the gym, on a hike or a run, or outside at the park. Fun fact: he plays the drums, and figures if roofing ever falls through, he could talk his way into a band. Five-year bucket-list goal: skydiving.
