Bric Walls grew up in China Spring, Texas — a small community where people genuinely look out for one another, and a foundation he has carried into his personal and professional life ever since. He attended Texas Tech University and started his career on the insurance side of the industry, spending 12 years as an adjuster. That stretch shaped everything about how he works now: he learned firsthand how to navigate the claims process from inside the carrier, how to talk to homeowners during some of the most stressful moments of their lives, and how to communicate clearly when emotions are high and clarity matters most.
That experience is exactly what Bric brings to TC Roofing & Restorations today. His specialties are insurance scope review, damage assessment, and ensuring accurate claim estimates and documentation. His professional superpower is the ability to thoroughly evaluate a property and identify the full scope of work needed — looking past the obvious damage to make sure every related item is captured in the estimate. That diligence keeps projects from stalling later, when gaps tend to surface. The mentor's wisdom that has stuck with him is the foundation under all of it: treat people the right way, and always do what you say you're going to do. His promise to clients is accuracy, transparency, and making sure nothing is overlooked — the homeowner deserves to be fairly represented to their insurance carrier from the very first day.
At home, it's just Bric and his German Shorthaired Pointer, who keeps life active and is a big part of his routine. Off the clock, he stays active outdoors, golfs whenever he can, and travels when the schedule opens up. Fun fact: he is competitive. Anything with a competitive edge — sports, games, a casual round — he is in. Bucket-list goal: more travel over the next five years.
